The Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino, owned by the Picayune Rancheria of Chukchansi Indians and located in Coarsegold, California, near Yosemite National Park is to upgrade its Scientific Games casino management system.

“We have been extremely pleased with the performance of our Scientific Games system which has enabled us to operate our casino floor of 1,750 slot machines and 36 table games with a high level of efficiency and profitability,” said BJ Martin, general manager of Chukchansi Gold.

“In addition to the upgrades, we have also chosen to enhance our system with Scientific Games’ proven marketing and customer-service focused applications that will enable us to engage and interact with our customers in new, creative ways and strengthen our ability to provide a first-class customer service experience,” added Martin.

Upgrades include the installation of Scientific Games’ iView4 technology into Chukchansi Gold’s slot machines while the Elite Bonusing Suite is also being installed. EBS will enable the casino to automate promotions and player loyalty programs, launch new floor-level interactive promotions, and reward players at the point of play, via iView4.

Bob Parente, senior vice president and chief revenue officer of Scientific Games, said: “We are pleased that Chukchansi Gold has had success with our systems products and have chosen to upgrade them to include our innovative display and bonusing solutions, among others.

“We are confident that these new solutions will help to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Chuckchansi Gold’s patron interactions, simplifying operations and promoting player loyalty.”
