Yggdrasil Gaming has come to terms on a content deal with Intralot Italia, a subsidiary of the Gamenet Group, regarding the provision of its portfolio of slot based titles.

Enhancing its global footprint to cover “one of the world’s most established regulated markets,” the agreement is to see Intralot integrate a variety of content from Yggdrasil’s portfolio of video slots.

Amongst them is Vikings go Berzerk and its sequel Vikings Go To Hell, in addition to the online content developers latest release Penguin City.

“Extending our partnerships across major regulated and newly regulated markets is part of our long-term strategy so we’re delighted to announce our agreement with Intralot,” stated Yggdrasil CEO, Fredrik Elmqvist. “Italy is a well-established online gaming market and we expect further growth in the future with demand from operators there increasing year-on-year.”

In addition to the integration of the full suite of Yggdrasil slots, is the firms range of in-game promotional tools, titled Boost.

Bringing its own variety of benefits, Boost is to aid Intralot in the running of “promotions from within the game client”.

Doing so is to ensure cross selling opportunities are fully maximised, whilst further driving a players experience through the introduction of in-game tournaments and leaderboards, configurable cash races, and gamification features to boost retention and engagement.
