SOFTSWISS has revealed the H1 2024 performance of its Affilka product amidst furthering its charitable efforts to support flood-affected regions in Brazil.
Across the first half of the year, SOFTSWISS’ affiliate marketing offering Affilka doubled its affiliate GGR year-over-year. The platform now powers over 375 brands with support for affiliate marketing, allowing the product’s resulting player deposits to increase two-fold in H1.
Affiliate payments witnessed almost 60% growth compared to H1 2023. Over 65,000 new affiliate accounts were registered via the solution in H1 2024, an increase of 50.9% compared to the year prior.
The first six months of 2024 also saw over 17.9 million new player registrations supported by Affilka, an uptick of 77% YoY. The number of unique clicks on referral links exceeded 965 million.
Anastasia Borovaya, Head of Affilka by SOFTSWISS, commented: “Recognising the vital role of affiliate marketing for success within the rapidly changing igaming landscape, we put a lot of effort into offering exceptional service that meets our clients’ needs and anticipations.
“The current product performance reveals stable and continuous growth that underlines our dedication to innovation and enriching the user experience.”
Brazilian charity work
In the midst of revealing Affilka’s strong H1 performance, SOFTSWISS also announced that it would be extending its ongoing charity work in Brazil. The firm has kick-started a long-term project to supply clean water equipment to flood-affected communities.
The campaign builds on the supplier’s recent efforts to provide emergency aid to flood-affected regions in Brazil back in May, but while water levels have decreased in affected regions, the need for humanitarian aid remains crucial as recent water, sanitation and hygiene assessments revealed poor water quality in many areas.
To help solve the issue of water scarcity, SOFTSWISS has launched a long-term project to install water purification equipment in schools in partnership with PW Tech.
Rubens Barrichello, Non-Executive Director in Latin America at SOFTSWISS, stated: “When we started this charity project, I was convinced that it should not be just a one-time financial help.
“The immediate crisis passes and first aid is provided but people are left to deal with all the eco-social consequences. I am glad that the company shares my beliefs and is committed to a serious, long-term approach.
“SOFTSWISS has a lasting business presence in Brazil, with dedicated staff, and we are ready to do everything we can to support the local communities and contribute to their development.”
The campaign will initially focus on two schools, Rui Barbosa Municipal Elementary School in Nova Santa Rita and Machado de Assis Municipal Elementary School in Rolante.
With each school supporting over 100 pupils and employees, and 300 surrounding families set to benefit from access to clean water at the schools, SOFTSWISS and PW Tech have obtained approval from the local government to begin conducting water analysis, preparing for equipment installation and replacing old deteriorated elements at the schools.
Fernando Silva, PW Tech CEO, added: “We are thrilled to implement this project in partnership with SOFTSWISS. The flood’s impact is severe, but focusing on long-term solutions to provide clean water is crucial.
“This project is also educational. We are training residents on filter maintenance and educating them about the importance of clean water for health. Unfortunately, health issues due to poor water quality are common in this region, and this situation needs to change.”
