Konami Gaming has strengthened its SYNKROS casino management system as the firm joined forces with AI technology provider Xailient to launch SYNK Vision.
In this strategic partnership, the product will benefit from the latter’s advanced AI facial recognition edge device capabilities to offer known player facial recognition login convenience features.

Aiming to ‘enhance the harm minimization landscape’, the product will allow Konami-partnered casinos to offer cardless logins to anonymously track players and provide them with bonus features, protecting the player’s privacy.
Additionally, SYNK Vision incorporates ‘state-of-the-art’ AI algorithms to identify and address potential harmful behaviours on the gaming floor by tracking both known and anonymous players.
