According to a report by SportBusiness, BetMGM is set to become the official training wear partner of Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur.

In an exclusive article, SportBusiness revealed that the deal is set to begin at the start of next season and will see BetMGMs logo appear on the training kits of the men’s team.

It means BetMGM will become the second ever training kit sponsor for Spurs, replacing the club’s current partner Getir, the Turkey-based food delivery service – which held a three year rights agreement from the 2021/22 season.

The deal builds on a strong footprint for BetMGM as the operator has elevated its UK presence by tapping into numerous partnerships.

In the Premier League these include; Newcastle United, Manchester City and Wolverhampton Wanderers, underlining the firm’s strategic marketing move to capitalise on the league’s widespread reach and popularity.

During an interview with SBC Leaders on the advantages of collaborating with football clubs, Sam Behar, UK Director of BetMGM, emphasised: “We’ve committed to establishing ourselves as a reputable and significant presence, especially in the realm of sports, particularly football. And there’s arguably no league with greater reach or commercial potential than the Premier League.”

Furthermore, the firm also bolstered the brand of its casino operations, tapping into an ambassadorial deal with legendary comedian Chris Rock. At the heart of this deal was ambitions to inject a surge of energy into the industry as Behar previously laid out during an interview with Casino Beats.
