AdmiralBet is expecting to witness immediate advantages after teaming-up with Stockholm-based CRM and AI cloud solutions provider Symplify.
The Serbian online sports betting and casino operator is aiming to build upon its “huge popularity in the region” by showcasing its offering to players much more effectively.

Under the terms of the agreement, Symplify will be charged with helping AdmiralBet to heighten its engagement capabilities with its core audience This will be done via a “particular focus” on email, SMS, dynamic web, web and browser push.
Key facets in the partnership is the inclusion of the group’s Campaign and Journey builder modules, which will be utilised by the brand in order to craft highly personalised and AI-optimised experiences. It is hoped that this will drive customer satisfaction and higher lifetime value.
