BetMGM builds up to first-ever Super Bowl commercial with teaser campaign

BetMGM has launched the first of a three-part teaser campaign to promote the operator’s first-ever Super Bowl commercial.

The teasers feature actor Vince Vaughn, NFL icon Tom Brady and NHL legend Wayne Gretzky building up to the big game, created in partnership with advertising agency Highdive.

“This year’s Big Game is our moment to put BetMGM front and centre of the largest audience in sports,” commented Matt Prevost, Chief Revenue Officer at BetMGM.

“Our first-ever Big Game commercial showcases Las Vegas as the home for the game as well as what we consider to be BetMGM’s home. We couldn’t be happier with the talent we have assembled for the ad, and the connection they have to our brand.”

BetMGM’s Super Bowl teaser campaign and commercial are just two components of the operator’s strategy for the big game on February 11.

Multiple events are also being hosted by the operator over the next few weeks before the Super Bowl, including the BetMGM Big Game Bash at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas headlined by Luke Combs. 

BetMGMs sportsbooks in Las Vegas and across the US will have special VIP experiences as well, with notable ambassadors, sweepstakes and interactive moments for football fans.

The operator will also continue to promote responsible play through GameSense, a  responsible gambling education programme developed and licensed to MGM Resorts by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation.

Across the pond in the UK, BetMGM has already kicked off the new year by securing sports sponsorship deals with Premier League Darts and Clarence House Chase Raceday at Ascot.
