SOFTSWISS Casino Platform has released two features – Cashout Cancellation and Timezone Management – to assist operators with engagement and retention.
Available for both client and SOFTSWISS frontend platforms, Cashout Cancellation will give an option to players to cancel a percentage of their cashout requests – 25, 50, 75 or 100 per cent – and receive a reward for doing so.
If a player cancels their cashout and receives the bonus, SOFTSWISS notes that “both the bonus funds and the cashout amount are locked in their account until the bonus wagered requirements are met”.
Meanwhile, Timezone Management allows operators using the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform to specify time zones for certain bonuses or restrict bonuses for an allotted time.
SOFTSWISS believes the feature will help “increase personalisation and engagement with the casino’s bonus policies, especially for casinos operating across multiple time zones”.
