Malta-based online casino operator Casumo has partnered with igaming technology and service provider Fast Track, to implement the latter’s customer relationship management tool.

Set to form the centrepiece of Casumo’s player engagement activities, the firm is to receive a bespoke solution to allow it to tie individual moments into a player’s unique lifecycle, as the firm takes the next step in its player experience and engagement strategy.

Ludovic Diler, player engagement lead at Casumo, commented on the link-up: “We have been looking for a CRM platform tailored to our approach of retention, but also to taking into consideration the specificity of our industry. The operator states that such issues are “at the core” of its engagement strategy, as its aims to allow marketers to engage players with the right communications or offers at the right moments through the right channels.

Following the development of its solution, Fast Track has set an ambition of allowing operators to deliver as personalised an experience as possible to their players from a single place, allowing for greater efficiency.
