Push Gaming, Stakelogic, BGaming and more: on the spin

As we begin to approach the Easter period, sit back and relax while we guide you through a selection of recent slot titles to hit the CasinoBeats inbox, including Push Gaming’s stellar sequel, Stakelogic’s Spartan apocalypse, BGaming’s bunny burglary and more.

Giga Jar – Push Gaming

Inspired by the studio’s previous Jammin’ Jars releases, Push Gaming’s latest slot presents a  7×7 reel board with cluster-pays of five or more symbols and bonus features such as giant symbols and increasing multipliers. The game has medium volatility with an RTP range of 94.45 and 96.48 per cent.

James Marshall, CEO of Push Gaming, stated: “Building upon the ground-breaking features seen in Jammin’ Jars and introducing revolutionary gameplay mechanics that consistently provide high-intensity action for players, underpins the entertainment found in Giga Jar.

“The slot empowers players through direct interaction and decision-based choices where they can increase their bet amount and start further up the incrementally increasing ladder. We are excited to see players’ reception to this Giga release.”

This game uses cascading wins, meaning that symbols in a winning cluster will disappear after providing their payout, making way for new symbols to drop in and increase the win potential of an already successful spin.

A wild jar meter sits above the reels, filling up when cascading wins occur. Filling the meter after three cascading wins in a row will cause one wild to be dropped into play and become sticky on the reels.

Landing another three consecutive wins after that first wild will cause another to land into play. This can then reoccur for a third time.

If that third wild contributes to another three cascading wins from the same spin, the Giga Jar will drop into play. This special symbol is a 4×4 size wild that will also operate with multipliers that increase with each cascading win as it stays sticky on the reels.

Randomly in the game, a snowball feature can occur. This causes either one or two giant 2×2, 3×3 or 4×4-sized symbols to drop into play, working as four, six or eight individual symbols respectively.

Additionally, an icebreaker feature can occur, removing between one and three paytable symbol varieties from play to increase the win potential.

Spartans vs Zombies Multipays – Stakelogic

Stakelogic has taken players back in time, placing a horror twist on an ancient Greek theme with its latest Multipays slot release. Using a 5×3 reel set-up with 20-paylines to offer a maximum win of up to x7,000 the player’s bet, this is a highly volatile game with an RTP of 96.01 per cent.

Andrew Fraser, Product Owner at Stakelogic, said: “Spartans vs Zombies Multipays is our most action-packed slot to date and puts players at the heart of an epic battle. We have given players a war chest of bonus features, from wilds to free spins, multipliers and more, to help them emerge victorious.

“This really is a highly volatile slot that promises to put players on the edge of their seats from the first spin to the last.”

Throughout the base game, zombies and Spartans can appear with ‘Z’ and ‘S’ embellishments. When this occurs, these embellishments will be added to their respective meters to the side of the reels.

Collecting 50 embellishments in these meters will trigger the respective side’s free spins game mode, with zombie free spins and Spartan free spins features on offer.

Three hearts sit next to these meters, with one heart going empty each time a spin occurs without one of its respective embellishments appearing. If all three hearts go empty, the meter will reset to zero.

Each time a zombie or Spartan symbol appears with these embellishments, the heart meter will fill up and the free spins meter will continue to fill up.

In the zombie-free spins, eight spins are awarded while between one and two wilds are guaranteed to land on each spin. If two wilds drop in, the second one will have a multiplier between x2 and x10 to be applied to any potential wins.

Eight spins are also awarded in the Spartans game mode, while a x2 win multiplier is provided at the beginning of the feature. Before the Spartan spins begin, players are awarded two pick bonuses, selected from a number of shields hiding feature-enhancing prizes such as extra spins or a higher multiplier.

Each scatter symbol that drops into play, in either game mode, will award an additional free spin.

Easter Heist – BGaming

This egg-citing Easter-tailored release from BGaming presents players with a 5×3 reel slot that has 25-paylines and a maximum win of up to x5,624 the player’s bet. With an RTP of 96.14 per cent, this game has high volatility.

Golden eggs can appear, displaying multiplied bet amount values that can be won in the bonus game mode. Landing six or more golden eggs on the same spin will trigger this bonus game mode.

Monetary values displayed on these golden eggs can range from x1 to x20 the player’s bet.

Scatter text symbols are also available on reels one, three and five, triggering 10 free spins if three land on the reels at once.

Additionally, easter bunny wilds are included, substituting for all symbols other than the scatters and golden eggs.

With the bonus game mode, players are given six spins to land as many golden eggs on the reels as possible. Extra spin chickens can drop into play, adding additional spins to the total spin count.

Green easter eggs are available, collecting the values of all golden eggs on the reels and adding them to their own.

The values of all eggs on the reels are awarded to the player when all spins have been played out.

If players manage to fill the bonus game reel set with eggs, they will be awarded the game’s jackpot prize of x5,000 their stake.

During the free spins feature, only high value and bonus symbols can drop into play, increasing the win potential of each free spin.

Hot Hot Honey – Armadillo Studios

Armadillo Studios’ latest slot has tasked players with using honey to stick symbols to the reels in order to land big wins. Using a 5×3 reel board with scatter-pays, this game has high volatility with an RTP range of 88.24, 94.03 and 96.02 per cent.

David Stoveld, COO of Armadillo Studios, commented: “I’m so excited about Hot Hot Honey. Speaking to our customers there is a huge buzz about the game, and they can’t wait to offer it to their players.

“It has amazing graphics, crisp sound, great maths, and uses our signature Trail Bonus mode with board game features that players are familiar with and love coming back to time and again. I can’t wait to see how players will receive the three-bee Anna combo.”

Hot Hot Honey is a scatter-paying slot release, meaning that symbols will payout no matter the combination as long as at least five identical symbols appear on the same spin.

When five identical symbols appear at once, these symbols will become sticky on the reels while the rest of the board respins, giving a chance of landing further symbols of the same variety on the reels to increase each winning spin’s win potential.

Scatters and bonus symbols that land during this base game respin feature will be collected in meters beside the reels, triggering their respective features if three or more symbols are collected in each tally.

With the free spins feature, the number of free spins awarded will match the amount of scatters that triggered the game mode, providing a minimum of three free spins.

In the trail bonus game, players enter a board-game style game mode in which they spin to reveal a number between one and six, representing how many spaces the bee character will move along the board.

Each space on the board can offer multiplied bet amount prizes between x1 and x20 that are awarded when the player lands on top of one, go-back bees that send players back between one and six spaces and spider ninjas that end the feature.

Mr Vegas 2: Big Money Tower – Betsoft

Betsoft has returned with its latest slot sequel, transporting players to Sin City with a 5×4 reel slot with 60-paylines and a maximum win of x2,601 the player’s stake. The game has an RTP of 96.06 per cent while being highly volatile.

Anastasia Bauer, Head of Account Management, Betsoft Gaming, stated: “Mr Vegas 2: Big Money Tower is a slot that players can truly own. The many different features and winning opportunities ensure the gameplay constantly provides action and engagement.

“Players will love the connection with the high roller casino vibe that they originally found in 2012’s Mr Vegas. This time, a more personalised experience ensures that players can set their own path to even bigger wins.”

Mr Vegas 2: Big Money Tower has wild, scatter and Big Money Tower symbols. Appearing on all reels, the wild symbol is a roulette wheel, which substitutes for all other symbols except for the scatter and Big Money Tower. Five wilds in a winning combination pay x13.33 the player’s bet.

A ‘Welcome to Las Vegas’ sign represents the game’s scatter symbol and if three of these symbols land on reels two, three or four, a free spins mode is triggered where players can choose their pick bonus.

The three bonuses players have to choose from are as follows: 10 free spins with sticky wilds, 12 free spins with expanding wilds, and 15 free spins with random wilds.

During the sticky wilds round, wilds in any winning combination will stay in place for the duration of the free spins. The wilds will only appear on reels, two, three and four.

During the expanding wilds round, wilds will expand over the entire reel, staying in place for one free spin. Any new wild will present an additional free spin. Appearing on reels two, three and four, all wins will pay both ways.

During the random wilds round, two to six wilds will appear on the reels in random positions for each spin. Free spins and Big Money Tower will not be retriggered during the free spins mode.

When the Big Money Tower symbol appears simultaneously on reels one, three and five, the game’s Big Money Tower mode is activated and either its bronze, silver or gold version is randomly selected each time the event is triggered.

Players climb the tower, rung by rung, by flipping a coin in an attempt to reach the big money prize at the top. If the coin shows ‘Collect Prize’, players are awarded the prize on their current level and are returned to the base game.

If the coin lands on ‘Spin Again’, players will climb another level up the Big Money Tower and flip the coin again until a coin flip shows ‘Collect Prize’. The highest value win is awarded at the end of the climb.

All reels also contain stacked mystery symbols and any position where one lands will reveal a matching symbol in all positions, which is randomly selected from the standard paying symbols. All symbols, except for the scatter and Big Money Tower symbols, may be revealed as mystery symbols.
