BF Games, SlotMill, Relax Gaming and more: on the spin

See in the long Easter weekend with our weekly round-up of recent slot releases, including BF Games farmyard foray, SlotMill’s underwater adventure, Relax Gaming’s primate party and more.

Chicken Madness Ultra – BF Games

This egg-citing release from BF Games sees players return to the farmyard with a 5×3 reel set-up that has 10-paylines and a bonus Cash Mesh game mode. This slot has high volatility with an RTP of 96.01 per cent.

Piotr Saluda, Product Owner at BF Games, commented: “We couldn’t be happier to bring our chicken back for another adventure and especially ahead of Easter.

“We know players are going to love this futuristic farmyard theme and its new characters, as well as our proven Cash Mesh mechanic and other exciting features. The title will appeal strongly to fans of the original game, Chicken Madness, as well as newcomers to the series.”

This game uses cascading wins, meaning that symbols in a winning combination will disappear after providing their payout, making way for new symbols to drop in and increase the win potential of a successful spin.

When two, three, four or five cascading wins occur in a row, x2, x3, x4 or x5 multipliers will be applied to each respective cascading win payout.

With the Cash Mesh feature, three spins are awarded to the player while only coin symbols can land on the reels. Each coin will have either a cash value or a representative jackpot label.

Any position with a coin symbol will be held into place while all other positions spin individually, with the aim of landing additional coin symbols into the empty spaces. Each coin that lands will reset the number of spins to three.

When all of these respins are completed, the value of all coin symbols will be added together and awarded to the player’s payout.

Landing 15 coin symbols during this game mode will activate the full house feature. This will multiply the overall values of coin symbols by two.

Four jackpots are available in this feature, if a coin lands onto the reels with a specific jackpot label. The mini and minor jackpots are fixed at x10 and x20 the player’s stake, whereas the major and grand jackpot prizes are progressive with minimum values of €500 and €1,000, respectively.

Shark Frenzy – SlotMill

You’re going to need a bigger boat as SlotMill’s latest release pits players against a hungry shark. Using a 5×5 reel board, the game has 30-paylines and a maximum win of up to x7,777 the player’s stake. With medium-high volatility, this game offers an RTP of 96.13 per cent.

Jamie Boyle, Product Manager at SlotMill, stated: “We’re excited to launch Shark Frenzy and offer players a chance to experience the ultimate underwater adventure. The game features exciting gameplay mechanics and an engaging theme, making it a great addition to our growing portfolio of games.”

Shark symbols can appear, triggering the respins frenzy game mode when they drop into play. These shark symbols also substitute for all symbols other than the treasure and bonus symbols.

Additionally, treasure symbols represent the scatters, triggering six, eight or 10 free spins if three, four or five scatters land on the same spin.

With the respin frenzy game mode, only golden coins, pearls and diamonds can land on the reels. These symbols will all depict instant cash prizes between x1 and x500 the player’s bet.

Players will be granted one additional respin each time one of these symbols drops into play after the feature is triggered.

At the end of all respins the player will be awarded the accumulated value of all cash prizes on the board.

Banana Town Dream Drop – Relax Gaming

Relax Gaming has incorporated its Dream Drop jackpot mechanic for its latest slot sequel, which sees the return of the crew of mobster monkeys.

Shelley Hannah, Director of Casino Products at Relax Gaming, explained: “We are excited to add the legendary Dream Drop Jackpots mechanic to Banana Town, building on our portfolio of leading Dream Drop titles.

“Banana Town has gripped thousands of players upon its release, and we can’t wait to see where the Dream Drop mechanic takes it.”

This game also uses cascading wins, which increases the win potential of successful spins by having winning symbols disappear after providing their payout to make way for new symbols.

With the multiplier upgrade, each symbol type has a multiplier associated with it. This multiplier is applied to all wins including the symbol type. The multiplier value starts at x1 and is doubled after each win on the symbol.

The feature can also trigger randomly by assigning a random upgrade of multipliers to a random number of symbols at the start of each new spin. The maximum multiplier on any symbol is x64.

In the free spins game mode, the multipliers that have been reached in the base game will remain, and the multiplier upgrade feature will stay active for the entirety of the game mode. Landing a bonus symbol in the free spins feature will award one additional spin.

The Dream Drop jackpot mechanic can be triggered randomly at any point in the game. This feature presents players with 15 treasure chests that have hidden jackpot prizes inside of them.

Players will then choose from these treasure chests until they have selected three identical jackpot prizes. This will then award that jackpot prize’s value to the player’s winnings.

The Funky Boombox – Wizard Games

Wizard Games has brought some 80s nostalgia with its latest retro-themed slot title, which uses a 5×3 reel slot that has 30-paylines and a maximum win of up to x4,065 the player’s stake. This is a low volatility game with an RTP range of 88.03, 94.24 and 96.23 per cent.

Joey Hurtado, Managing Director at Wizard Games, commented: “Players around the world have loved discovering exciting mechanics and features within our recent hit releases, so we’re thrilled to present The Funky Boombox with its variety of ways to win.

“With colourful, engaging visuals, a nostalgic ‘80s soundtrack and plenty of chances for players to land bonuses and wins with collect pots and the free spins bonus, we can’t wait to see the reception to this release.”

Female character wilds are available, substituting for all symbols other than the retro wheel, free spins and funky boombox scatters. Landing three, four or five wild in a winning combination will award x4, x20 or x50 respectively.

Free spins text scatters can appear on all reels, triggering the pick-me game and free spins feature if three appear on the same spin.

Before the free spins feature begins, players are presented with a pick-me bonus game. Players must choose from 20 tiles with hidden prizes behind them, awarding a number of free spins to be provided for the feature as well as a win multiplier of up to x3.

Players will receive said number of free spins, with the multiplier, when they have selected three identical hidden prizes.

Retro wheel scatters are also included, triggering the retro wheel bonus game mode if three or more appear on the same spin. With this feature, players will spin the wheel to reveal either a multiplied bet amount prize or a number of funky boombox collect symbols to receive their respective payouts.

Additionally, funky boombox scatters work as collect pot features. Landing five or more funky boombox symbols on the same spin will award an instant payout ranging from x10 for five on the same spin, to x1,000 for nine on the same spin.

Multi Bricks – SYNOT Games

Stacking up an offering of bronze, silver and gold multiplying wilds, SYNOT Games has used a fruit-machine theme with its latest release. The game is a 3×3 reel slot with five-paylines and a maximum win of up to x500 the player’s bet, as well as medium-low volatility with an RTP range of 85.07 – 98.10 per cent.

Low value symbols come in the form of cherries, lemons and oranges. These symbols can offer between x1 and x4 the player’s stake, depending on the number of winning combinations that appear on a single spin.

Plums, grapes and watermelons depict the medium value symbols, offering between x6 and x10 the player’s preferred bet.

High value symbols are represented by lucky sevens and if the right amount of paying combinations land in one go, these symbols can offer x15 the player’s wager.

Scatter stars are also available, triggering 10 free spins if three land on the same spin.

Multiplying wilds can also drop into play, appearing as bronze, silver and gold coins with multipliers of x1, x2 and x3 respectively. These multipliers will be applied to any wins that the wilds contribute to, as they substitute for all symbols other than the star scatter.
