MGM Resorts-owned LeoVegas Group has called upon Newcastle United players to help garner employees on home territory in the North East.

Based in Newcastle itself, LeoVegas has produced an employer branding film to showcase open roles available at the company, utilising an established partnership with the Premier League and UEFA Champions League club.

Looking to find suitable applicants for 50 new roles in the region, the LeoVegas video features Dan Burn, Sean Longstaff and Paul Dummet as they encourage viewers to work for LeoVegas Group.

Sam Behar, Director of UK & Ireland at LeoVegas Group, commented: “We’re proud to be based in the incredible city of Newcastle, the home of Newcastle United FC, and are excited to discover more winning talent as we look to expand our team in the region.

“The Magpies share our same passion for Newcastle and we’re grateful for their support to help us attract the best talent! If you’re looking for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.”

The trio comment on the operator’s ‘work from anywhere’ remote working programme, health insurance, hybrid working scheme, discounts, training and development and wellbeing support, while being dressed in NUFC’s training kit.

While the club’s participation comes shortly after a historic Champions League win against Paris Saint Germain, LeoVegas’ search for expansion follows the recent UK launch of BetMGM as the sister brand looks to recruit geordies eager to enter the igaming business.

Taking place at the side’s Darsley Park training ground, the video features iconic landmarks and places based in Newcastle, such as the Angel of the North.

The North East focus will aim to attract locals to the available roles to add to the over 120 people in Newcastle that already work for LeoVegas Group.
