CasinoReviews.com is taking steps to increase player protection through the launch of a new full Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service.

The affiliate emphasised that the complaint management system has been ‘designed to enhance player protection and foster a safer and more enjoyable online gaming experience’.

Duncan Garvie at CasinoReviews.com, commented: “CasinoReviews.com has been designed to be the players’ champion, and we are committed to putting them first. The launch of our ADR service is a testament to our focus on player protection in 2024 and beyond.

“This initiative is not just a service; it’s part of our mission to make online casinos safer and more fun to use. We believe in championing the consumer and, when coupled with our rigorous reviews process, our ADR service is a significant step towards a more transparent and accountable igaming industry.

“With the full ADR service, CasinoReviews.com will be able to give legally binding rulings, further strengthening our position as an advocate for users and a leader in consumer protection.”

Key to the launch of the service is an impartial dispute resolution service, which the firm states will enable it to make rulings legally binding against almost 250 Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licensed casinos that engage in the ADR service.

The UK White Paper and accompanying regulatory reform is set to overhaul the relationship between operators and customers. Currently, the main source of dispute resolution comes through the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS), which has long lobbied to be the industry’s ombudsman.

CasinoReviews.com eyes an enhanced approach to the igaming sector when it comes to dispute resolution, as it places an elevated focus on transparency.
