Playstar Casino has teamed up with Fast Track to leverage the solution provider’s range of AI-powered player engagement solutions.

As a result of the partnership, Playstar Casino’s online platform, which operates exclusively in New Jersey, will benefit from Fast Track’s collection of proprietary tech solutions that aim to “enhance player engagement through AI-powered customer journeys”.

Jon Bowden, Chief Marketing Officer of Playstar Casino, remarked: “At Playstar, the player experience is paramount. Fast Track was the obvious choice for us due to their commitment to supporting our growth goals.

“We’re keen to automate the bulk of our strategy and work with the most advanced technology for personalization and modelling.”

Fast Track will look to provide Playstar with the ideal solutions to streamline its operations and “amplify player engagement” through technology that is supported by advanced AI, machine learning and real-time data insights.

Jean-Luc Ferrière, Managing Director Americas at Fast Track, added: “It’s always exciting for us to partner with an operator so dedicated to offering an unparalleled player experience. The team is very keen to start collaborating with Playstar to help them achieve and exceed their business objectives.”

The provider specialises in igaming solutions, leveraging its in-house technology to form collaborations with several businesses within the sector, including iGaming Platform, which acquired the company’s player engagement tech last year.
