One lucky punter in the US state of New Jersey is plotting how to spend the near $200,000 he picked up playing the Divine Fortune online slot.
Citing boredom, Anibal Lopes sign up to the Sugarhouse online casino, which is operated by Rush Street Interactive for Golden Nugget, and – on his first spin – collected a jackpot of $193,737 that had been building since September.
“I thought ‘this is not happening’,” said the 33 year old. “I couldn’t believe I won that much money.
“I told my wife: ‘I don’t feel well. My legs are shaking.’ She said: ‘We need to get you to the emergency room’. I told her: ‘No I’m not sick. I just won close to $194,000!'”
