Global Gaming subsidiary Safe Ent has been awarded a licence for Ninja Casino by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, the country’s gaming regulator.
The licence means approval for Global Gaming, via Ninja Casino, to deploy its PayNPlay service in Estonia.
“Working closely with the regulator gave us an opportunity to show that our solution offers the highest level of responsible gaming by getting a know-your-customer report on each player,” said Global Gaming chief operating officer Mark Wadsworth.
Chief executive officer Joacim Möller added: “The fact that regulated markets accept and approve our solution sends a strong signal.
“Following our recent licence awarded by the Malta Gaming Authority, we continue to evaluate opportunities in other jurisdictions and we are looking forward to launching Ninja Casino in Estonia in the near future.”
The news continues a busy period for Global Gaming, which last month gave its Malta team a boost with the addition of head of data Vladimir Camilleri; head of projects Ryan Sultana; Christine Cassar who joined as senior product owner.
Global has also launched a major new marketing campaign for Ninja Casino with racing driver and former F1 star Mika Salo.
The campaign includes TV commercials and local meet-and-greet events, along with a series of competitions and raffles with winners accompanying Salo on F1 trips for a VIP experience.
Last month, CasinoBeats spoke to Jussi Hietaranta about Ninja Casino’s relationship with Salo.
