Wendover Resorts has announced a partnership with Scientific Games Corporation, which is to see installation of a “comprehensive package” of casino management system products and solutions, in addition to slots games and table products in its duo of properties.
Relating to the firms Wendover Nugget Hotel and Casino and Red Garter Hotel and Casino, both located in West Wendover, Nevada, Scientific Games is to replace another vendor’s slot management system with its own.
Together with its advanced Business Intelligence application, Wendover Resorts is to be enabled to better gather and analyse valuable player and operations data.

Also included in the link-up are a number of marketing enhancements, allowing Wendover Resorts to improve players interactions and rewards, in addition to drive customer communications throughout both casinos.
Scientific Games also details that it is to deploy its SG Universe product suite, which is to power Wendover Resorts’ mobile and online presence across the two properties.
Including a variety of marketing features and social casino platform, it is to allow the organisation to “connect with their customers beyond the walls of the casino”.
