GamblingCompliance, the leading provider of independent legal, regulatory and business intelligence to the global gambling sector, has been selected as the official compliance partner for SBC’s 2020 programme of sports betting and igaming industry events.
The two businesses have an established working relationship, but the new enhanced media partnership will see GamblingCompliance take on a more high-profile role at SBC’s conferences and exhibitions.
As part of it, GamblingCompliance will be the official partner of the regulatory tracks and content at CasinoBeats Malta, Betting on Sports America, Betting on Sports Europe and the inaugural SBC Summit, as well as participating in the SBC Webinars series.
The partnership will also provide SBC with expert input during the build-up to and promotion for its events, with the joint production of official compliance previews for each of the trade shows.
Frances Fenemore, chief marketing officer for GamblingCompliance, said: “We’re excited about the prospect of working more closely with SBC and participating in what promises to be a world-class programme of events throughout 2020.
“SBC is well known for its ability to attract key decision makers from both established major players and rising stars to its events, and this partnership represents a great way for us to engage with that audience.”
Dennis Algreen, marketing director of SBC, said: “We’re delighted to have agreed a new partnership with GamblingCompliance, which is renowned throughout the industry for its high-level expertise.
“The partnership will help us to offer even more in-depth compliance content at SBC’s events and online offerings, which is sure to be welcomed by our audience of senior executives, who are always keen to learn about the latest developments in the industry.”
The second edition of CasinoBeats Malta, which is in a greatly expanded form, takes place at the InterContinental Malta from 24-26 March, before SBC’s schedule continues with the second Betting on Sports America at New Jersey’s Meadowlands Exposition Center on 28-30 April, and Betting on Sports Europe at Stamford Bridge, London from 2-4 June.
Those events will be followed on 8-11 September by the largest event the company has ever staged, the SBC Summit at Fira de Barcelona.
It will feature 14 content tracks covering issues including the future of sports betting and gaming, payments, safer gambling, innovation, sports data, technological innovation and sponsorship, together with an 18,000 sqm exhibition and a selection of SBC’s famed evening networking parties.
