Voulgaraki embraces ‘great challenge’ following Kaizen appointment

Stella Voulgaraki is looking ahead to a “great challenge” following her appointment as the Chief People Officer at Kaizen Gaming.

Joining from NetCompany IntraSoft, Voulgaraki will work alongside Kaizen’s Chief Executive, George Daskalakis, as the firm looks to grow its workforce within its subsidiaries Stoiximan and Betano’s nine active operating jurisdictions.

On joining Kaizen Gaming, Voulgaraki stated: “I am very happy to be part of such a dynamic team, a company that invests significantly and systematically in the development of its people.

“The rapid expansion of Kaizen Gaming is a great challenge but also a great opportunity in terms of human resources.

“From my new position, my goal is to strengthen the high levels of employee commitment and to invest in the high level of talent that the organisation has.”

During 2021, Kaizen Gaming won a major accolade, ranking 9th on the European Best Workplaces list in the Best Large Workplaces in Europe category with +500 employee workforce according to research undertaken by The Great Place to Work index.
