Gamdom has turned its attention to the online casino vertical as the crypto operator signs a partnership with Symplify.

Under the terms of the agreement, Symplify will optimise Gamdom’s CRM capability and omni-channel marketing strategies.

“We’re very pleased that Gamdom trusted us to grow its igaming operation as it builds on the successes from the esports domain,” explained Symplify’s CEO, Robert Kimber. “Our ability to communicate with players in a highly-personalised manner will drive its expansion and ensure the company’s unique offering is recognised.”

First launched within the esports sector, the crypto casino operator claims the agreement with Symplify puts the firm in a position to engage with its audience via email, SMS, web and app push, print, dynamic web, social and voice.

In addition, Symplify’s CRM capabilities are said to be a “catalyst” for Gamdom to establish itself within the igaming space by enhancing its player experience across various channels through the former’s interface.

Regarding user engagement, the operator stated that utilising Symplify’s Campaign and Customer builder programmes will provide the ability to strengthen the aforementioned approach and allow it to design hyper-personalised customer lifecycle journeys in real-time using customer events and campaigns.

Gamdom’s Head of Marketing, Christoffer Andersson, stated: “Symplify is the perfect partner to help us establish ourselves within the igaming industry in a short space of time. The CRM and omni-channel solutions have meant we’ve been able to promote our pioneering service and encourage players to engage with our suite of products.”
