Nolimit City hails a ‘fantastic year’ after Paddy Power & Betfair deals

Nolimit City has lauded 2022 as emerging as “another fantastic year” after delivering a commercial tie-up with the Paddy Power and Betfair brands.

The pair, which form a part of Flutter Entertainment global network, are praised as “iconic” by the igaming developer that has hit a further “huge milestone”.

After teaming up with the “juggernaut” bet365 during the latter stage of July, this latest agreement will see the two online casino and sports betting operators house the entire Nolimit City slots suite.

This latest deal will bring the integration of an array of titles, such as Folsom Prison, Remember Gulag, Punk Toilet, Tombstone RIP, with recent releases including Road Rage.

The Sliema, Malta-based Nolimit boasts a library that consists of more than 50 games that feature several proprietary mechanics such as xNudge, xWays,  xSplit, xPays, xBomb, and Infectious xWays.

Malcolm Mizzi, CCO & MD for Nolimit City stated: “2022 is proving itself to be another fantastic year for Nolimit City. This celebrates yet another huge milestone for us.

“The immense value that this deal provides underlines the appeal of our proposition among igaming’s biggest brands.”

Earlier in the month, Evolution officially added yet more depth to its online casino development capabilities after the acquisition of Nolimit City officially closed.

With all regulatory approvals that the transaction was conditional upon having been received, Evolution finalised the deal that contained the provision of an upfront consideration of €200m.

The purchase also contains a number of earn-outs that could amount to €140m, which could nudge the total consideration towards €340m, payable in cash.

Previously, the company noted that this falls in line with a “strategy of being the world’s number one provider of online casino games,” with Nolimit following the previous purchases of NetEnt, Red Tiger and Big Time Gaming. The company’s wider portfolio also boasts Evolution, Ezugi, and DigiWheel.
