Pragmatic Play has focused its expansion efforts on the African market, signing a multi-product content partnership with Ghana-based operator PrideBet.
Under the terms of the deal, PrideBet, a sports and casino brand on the continent, will offer its players games from Pragmatic Play’s complete catalogue of igaming titles, including slots and virtual sports content.
“We’re delighted to welcome PrideBet to our ever-expanding client base,” said Irina Cornides, COO at Pragmatic Play.
“Ghana is one of the biggest and most highly regulated markets in Africa. With player protection and sustainability being top priorities for Pragmatic Play, this partnership represents an excellent opportunity for us to expand our presence on the continent.”
Included in the supplier’s slot offering, PrideBet players will gain access to games from Pragmatic Play’s extensive fishing series, Big Bass, recent releases such as The Knight King and more established slots like Gates of Olympus and Sugar Rush.
The operator will also host Pragmatic Play’s range of virtual sports content, available 24/7 and powered by a real-time physics engine that is suggested to deliver “unrivalled high-quality rendering” to support “fully immersive” player experiences.
Kwadwo Amaning-Kwarteng, Country Manager at PrideBet Ghana, added: “We see Pragmatic Play as a strategic partner in our strong ambition to become the premier sports betting and gaming destination for players in Ghana and beyond.
“Pragmatic Play will provide PrideBet Ghana with quality slots and virtual sport content alongside our sports product. We want to truly stick to our slogan that at PrideBet – Together We Play, and bringing in elite level content will allow us to attract even more fans of both verticals.”
