Wizard Games, a subsidiary of NeoGames, has announced the appointment of Benedict McDonagh as Managing Director in a move to “take the studio to the next level”.
The slot supplier’s new MD brings 18-years of industry experience to the role, joining Wizard from game development firm Green Jade Group, which he co-founded five years ago before becoming CEO.
Commenting on his appointment, Benedict McDonagh, Managing Director at Wizard Games, said: “Wizard Games has ambitions to make a major splash in regulated markets around the world and I’m delighted to get the chance to be a part of that story.
“I aim to use all the know-how I have accumulated in my career to take the studio to the next level, so that we can make a real impact with operators and players globally.”
McDonagh’s wealth of experience also comes via roles held with Mr Green, PokerStars and Betfair, and he will use his igaming knowledge as part of Wizard Games’ management team that is led by Adrian Bailey, Managing Director at Pariplay, also under the NeoGames banner.

Under the new role, McDonagh will look to contribute to the company’s success in delivering “value-driven” igaming experiences, as Wizard Games looks to “turbo-charge its progress towards becoming one of the industry’s biggest names”.
