As September draws to a close, bringing us into spooky season, take a seat as we guide you through a selection of not-so-spooky slot releases. This week’s round-up of what the industry has to offer includes a rock, paper, scissors battle from Habanero, fire-breathing features from Betsoft and a spicy sensation from Stakelogic.
Meow Janken – Habanero
Habanero has placed an intergalactic spin on a classic game of rock, paper, scissors in its latest slot release, presenting a 3×1 reel slot with one-payline. The slot has a number of features such as wild respins and multipliers, while using an RTP of 96.68 per cent.

Throughout the game, a cat – Meow – sits to the left of the reels and a star – Janken – sits to the right. On every spin, both of these characters will reveal either rock, paper or scissors.
Each time the cat wins the game of rock, paper, scissors, any potential wins that are formed will be multiplied by x9. However, if the star wins, potential wins will be multiplied by x2.
When wild symbols drop in on the middle reel, they will award three sticky respins where they stay in their position on the board and the rest of the reels spin around it.
While a minimum of three respins will be awarded, landing wins on the reels will award additional sticky respins. Meanwhile, a multiplier becomes active as the feature begins, starting at x2 and increasing by a value of one with each win.
The rock, paper, scissors multipliers awarded by the cat and the star stay active during the sticky respins, adding their multipliers to the active respins multiplier value.
The sticky respins will finish once all spins have been played out without any winning combinations dropping into play.
Super Golden Dragon Inferno – Betsoft
Betsoft has showcased a fire-breathing slot sequel in its latest release, offering 243-ways to win on a 5×3 reel board. While offering a maximum win of up to x2,916 the player’s wager, the game uses medium-low volatility with an RTP of 96.43 per cent.

Furthermore, wild text symbols are available, substituting for all symbols other than the bonus spheres.
Additionally, random wild text symbols can appear. These special wilds will cause another wild to drop into play when they contribute to a winning payout, as long as the extra wild will contribute to an enhanced payout.
Both of these wild symbols are only available on reels two, three, four and five.

In the free spins feature, each wild that appears will remain on the board for each subsequent spin. However, these remaining wilds will not stay sticky in their position as they shift to a new cell on every spin.
If players land three scatter symbols on the same free spin, an additional five spins will be awarded while all available wild multipliers increase by a value of one, with a maximum of x5.
