Symplify looks to ‘play key role’ in Green Feather Online’s growth

Symplify has offered its CRM and AI solutions to Green Feather Online, helping the operator’s online casino brands to communicate with audiences “seamlessly and accurately”. 

Under the terms of the deal, Symplify’s range of tech solutions will be made available to Green Feather brands such as Boo Casino, Mr Fortune Casino, B Casino and Galaxyno Casino, aiming to provide ‘a vital layer of engagement’ through CRM, datahub and multiple communication channels. 

Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen, Symplify’s Head of Sales, stated: “Green Feather Online has quickly established itself as a leading online casino operator with a plethora of popular brands under its management. We’re really looking forward to implementing our cloud-based CRM and AI ecosystem to play a key role in the next stage of growth.”

Each Green Feather brand will leverage Symplify’s Campaign and Journey builder modules to ‘build customised and AI-optimised experiences’ for their players, with a ‘special focus’ on email, SMS, dynamic web, web and browser push notifications.

While this collaboration aims to ‘drive customer satisfaction’, Sympify signed a similar partnership with AdmiralBet towards the end of last year, looking to support the Serbian operator’s “expansive growth vision”.
