Optimove to provide CRM marketing solution to Altenar

Optimove has agreed to provide its CRM marketing platform solution to the sportsbook and igaming software provider Altenar, driving retention and engagement.

Through the partnership, Optimove will help Altenar’s operating partners to elevate player digital experiences by delivering personalised product recommendations via widgets in Opti-X, an AI-driven recommendation and search engine. 

Opti-X offers tailored content and product recommendations across all digital touchpoints, even for anonymous visitors, based on past interactions, similar players and trending items.

Using Opti-X widgets, Altenar’s operators can personalise content across numerous channels and assist customers with discovering products via a search engine powered by AI.
