SOFTSWISS has revealed the robust performance of the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform’s Referral System across Q2 2024, witnessing a 219% uptick in referred users compared to the previous quarter.

The igaming solutions provider’s Referral System too allows operators to take full control over referral bonus rules, with brands able to choose the sum of their welcome reward. SOFTSWISS claims that this autonomy has “driven substantial growth” in Q2.

Deposits from referred players increased by 251% throughout the period when compared to Q1 2024, while its gross gaming revenue rose by 452% compared to the previous quarter.

Daria Avtukhovich, Head of SOFTSWISS Casino Platform, commented: “With the high average cost of acquiring a new casino player, the Referral System has saved our partners hundreds of thousands of euro.

“Additionally, referral audiences usually show higher trust and similar behaviour patterns to existing players. We encourage our partners to promote the Referral System to attract a more qualified audience for free.”

The quarter also saw SOFTSWISS introduce Duplicate Protection to its Referral System tool, aiming to reduce the risk of bonus abuse for its network of operator partners.

Additionally, the tool enhanced the management of referred players in its back office, introducing advanced grouping and filtering capabilities to allow operators to process bulk marketing activities on players.

The igaming provider recently announced the Q2 performance results for its Game Aggregator solution, which also outperformed Q1 comparatives by securing a 13% increase in bet count.
