Blazesoft’s new social casino can capture a new audience according to the company’s Chief Commercial Officer, Yuliya Ivanisova.
Yay Casino, a US-facing social casino, differentiates itself from other Blazesoft platforms, such as Fortune Coins, Zula Casino and Sportzino, by offering alternative payment methods as players will be able to deposit using a range of cryptocurrencies.
Speaking to Jessie Sale at SBC Summit Lisbon, Ivanisova said: “What makes this one different is secure crypto payments for players and I think this way we’ll be able to attract a different audience with a little bit of different risk management as well.
“I think that this audience also will like a slightly different type of casino-style games as well. There are already 200 games from different genres and we keep adding new games on a daily basis. We have quite generous promotions to offer and there is an amazing VIP programme there as well.”
Yay Casino is entering a social casino space that Ivanisova described as “saturated”. Although this “creates certain challenges”, she explained that Blazesoft accepts this challenge as an opportunity for “innovation, creation of new products and improvement of marketing strategies”.
She also reiterated Blazesoft’s commitment to being “the industry leader” in the social casino vertical.
Blazesoft’s ‘secret sauce’
During the interview, Ivanisova also spoke about the “secret sauce” behind Blazesoft’s corporate culture, which has seen the firm shortlisted for employer of the year awards, and its office being named one of the best places to work in Canada.
“Our secret lies in our commitment to an inclusive and supportive environment,” she explained.
“There is an open communication policy where every voice is heard and valued. We invest in our team through different types of team-building events, through professional development courses and mentorship.
“I think what makes our team great is that we are innovative and creative and all of us have a passion for what we do. I’m really proud to be part of this team that really cares about each other.”
Ivanisova added that the company’s culture was challenged by the “unexpected growth” of its Zula Casino and Spotzino brands – both of which were launched last year. As a result, Blazesoft was required to double its team to support the growth.
