The PGA Tour welcomes its first and only team event of the season this week with the Zurich Classic at TPC Louisiana.
The Zurich Classic has been played in pairs for nine years. The format alternates between best ball and alternate shot. Ben Griffin and Andrew Novak are the defending champions.

Best Bet on Favorite to Win Zurich Classic
Brooks Koepka & Shane Lowry +1550
Brooks Koepka doesn’t have access to signature events, but that would change if he and Shane Lowry can win this week.
Notably, Lowry teamed up with Rory McIlroy to win this event in 2024. This star-studded duo will be the one to watch at TPC Louisiana.
RBC Heritage winner Matt Fitzpatrick and brother Alex Fitzpatrick, who recently won the Indian Open on the DP World Tour, come in with serious momentum. But Koepka and Lowry provide a little more value this week.
Best Bet on Sleeper to Win Zurich Classic
Aaron Rai & Sahith Theegala +2150
Aaron Rai and Sahith Theegala are playing together for the third consecutive year after finishing T-18 here in 2025.
Theegala, who has amassed four top-10 finishes this season, also finished fourth with David Lipsky in the 2022 Zurich Classic.
Rai hasn’t been quite as efficient, but he could benefit from this pairing, given Theegala’s elite short game and putting. He ranks 36th on tour in SG: Putting.
Best Bet on Longshot to Win Zurich Classic
Justin Lower & Chad Ramey +6800
This is a nice price for two players who’ve enjoyed success in this team format. Chad Ramey has three consecutive top-10 finishes, including a solo 2nd with Martin Trainer in 2024, the year Lowry and McIlroy prevailed.
Justin Lower owns two top-10 finishes at the Zurich Classic. Lower and Ramey partnered here last year and secured a top-10, finishing eighth.
