Online casino games provider Pragmatic Play is to acquire live casino specialist Extreme Live Gaming from the Novomatic Group for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition represents a significant move for Pragmatic Play, which will now offer Extreme’s portfolio of live dealer games alongside its range of slots, scratchcards and bingo.
Certified by the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority, Extreme operates 10 tables – covering roulette, blackjack and baccarat – from its studios in London.
