GVC emphasises “big plans and aspirations” after Foxy migration

Gaming and betting giant GVC Holdings has completed the integration of Foxy Bingo to its proprietary technology platform, meaning the group has full control of the customer-facing web interface.

Customers of the site are to “benefit from an all-new, purpose built GVC Bingo client,” developed following lengthy consultation with players, creating a focus on delivering the best possible experience.

One such example is via the usage of “advanced segmentation tools,” with the platform enabling game content choices and communications to be optimised and tailored to individual preferences.

Furthermore, players are also promised an expanded gaming offer to become available over the coming months, coming through a selection of titles from the GVC portfolio of in-house and third-party content.

Customer of Foxy’s Cheeky Bingo sister brand are also to see the same benefits, with migration having taken place at the same time.

Jon Bowden, GVC’s Head of Foxy Brands, said of the announcement: “This is a landmark moment for Foxy Bingo. The migration onto our proprietary platform allows our marketing, operations, CRM and VIP teams to build an experience fit for our players across everything we do. We are now able to talk to our players through segmented communications, ensuring we’re speaking to the right players at the right time.

“From a product perspective, our new bingo client has been built on robust player feedback and a wealth of expertise, creating a best in market bingo experience. We are also confident our players will love the new premium gaming content that we can now offer.

“We are only just starting to uncover the capabilities we have from a real-time marketing and personalisation point of view, which is very exciting as it’s a huge part of our plans.

“Moving forward we’re focused on giving our players a bespoke gaming experience based on their individual preferences.

“We have big plans and aspirations for 2019 and beyond, and this migration is a huge step for us in delivering our visions for Foxy.”
