888 Holdings has debuted its ‘Orbit’ online gaming platform in New Jersey, which it lauds as its “most exciting product development of recent years”.

Debuting “with great success” within the UK market a little over a year ago, the firm states that various enhancements made will ensure a faster and easier process for Garden State users to find specific titles, while offering a more personalised experience in the process.

Orbit is designed to deliver a superior user experience, with interface response said to be up to three times faster than previous versions, and giving players access to 239 slot games, 15 tables games and 13 live casino tables.

This encapsulates 35 new slot games, featuring exclusive content developed by 888’s specialist in-house studio, Section 8, alongside a suite of live casino titles, such as blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and ultimate Texas hold’em, with a number of suppliers featured, including NetEnt, SG Digital and IGT.

Itai Pazner, CEO of 888 Holdings, explained: “The Orbit platform is without doubt one of 888’s most significant product innovations in recent years and supports our continued focus on delivering the safest, most exciting and most enjoyable online gaming experience possible for our players across regulated markets globally.

“The new platform has already been rolled out across several of 888’s key regulated markets including the UK, Sweden, Denmark and Italy.

“We are confident that its superior combination of usability and personalisation will prove popular with players in the US market, starting with 888’s customers in New Jersey.

“Since our launch in New Jersey in 2013, 888 has developed a growing reputation amongst customers for delivering a cutting-edge online gaming experience.

“The introduction of the Orbit platform will take this to the next level: It’s smoother, more immersive, and its unparalleled performance gives us a unique advantage in attracting players and encouraging user engagement with our diverse portfolio of games.”
