Casino software developer Playson has announced a partnership with 888casino, a subsidiary of global online gaming entertainment and solutions provider 888 Holdings, that will see its full suite of slots launched.

As a result of the deal, the game developer will now provide its games portfolio via the Pariplay platform and will initially go live with the casino operator in Sweden, Spain, Denmark, Italy and Romania during Q1 of 2020.

Following this initial roll-out, launches in Gibraltar and the UK will then also follow later on in the year.

Christos Zoulianitis, senior account manager at Playson, stated: “We’re thrilled to be joining forces with an operator as well-established as 888casino. The company has been at the forefront of the online gaming industry for over a decade. Our portfolio of games will be a great addition to its offering, and we are excited to be further extending our reach across Europe.”

The partnership will see 888casino gain access to Playson’s full range of slots which includes its latest release, Fruit Xtreme, the second instalment from its Funky Fruits series.

Guy Cohen, senior vice president of 888casino, added: “888casino is focused on expanding its offering to customers by developing in-house games and adding third-party content to its unique platform.

“Playson has a fantastic team which have developed a unique portfolio of games, including classics such as Solar Queen and Red Chilli Wins. We are excited to add these games to 888casino which will enhance the player experience.”

The deal further strengthens Playson’s position as a leading supplier in the global gaming industry and follows on from its most recent announcement that saw it partner with No Account Casino in a move that has continued its European expansion.

Similarly to its deal with 888casino, the agreement with No Account gives the Nordic-facing online casino access to Playson’s entire slot portfolio including titles such as Solar Queen and Red Chilli Wins.

At the time, Lars Kollind, business development manager at Playson, concluded: “We’re delighted to be going live with a highly respected operator such as No Account Casino. The company’s strong presence in the Nordic regions is a fantastic opportunity for us to provide our games to an ever-growing fanbase.”
