Gaming Realms has set its sights on achieving further expansion across regulated US jurisdiction, after securing a three-year extended partnership with BetMGM.
The renewed agreement with the MGM Resorts International and Entain igaming and sports betting joint venture is tasked with providing a further boost to the game developer’s burgeoning footprint in the region.
“We are delighted to have secured an extended agreement with BetMGM, who have been a fantastic partner in successfully distributing our Slingo portfolio to the New Jersey igaming market,” noted Michael Buckley, executive chairman of Gaming Realms.
“The new deal will allow us to work more closely with BetMGM going forward and will bring our hugely popular Slingo content to an even greater segment of the US market. We remain focused on consolidating and expanding our reach in the US and look forward to providing further updates in due course.”
Under the terms of the renewed agreement, Gaming Realms’ Slingo content will be directly integrated into BetMGM Casino in Pennsylvania and Michigan during the first half 2021.
The direct-integration agreement reinforces the relationship between Gaming Realms and BetMGM, and will facilitate the group’s access to additional markets across the country in the future. Gaming Realms’ Slingo content is currently available through BetMGM Casino in New Jersey.
Matthew Sunderland, vice president of gaming of BetMGM, commented: “BetMGM consistently brings a world-class gaming experience to our players across the US We’ve found a great partner with Gaming Realms and our new agreement demonstrates our commitment to delivering next level gaming experiences.
“BetMGM Casino players in New Jersey have embraced Gaming Realms’ Slingo portfolio and we anticipate a similar reaction as we roll out Gaming Realms’ content throughout the US.”
