Spiffbet is to strengthen its position on the Swedish market by taking a further trio of brands, namely Cashmio, BusterBanks, and Zenspin, live in the region this month.
The expanded European footprint was first detailed by the group last month when the trifecta gained the approval of the Swedish Gambling Authority, with it stressed that launch would commence some time in May.
“Expanding in Sweden means taking an essential step towards Spiffbet’s growth,” Maria Boelius, head of casino operations at Spiffbet, said of the group’s latest moves in the Swedish market.
“We’ve assessed that our new brands, Cashmio, BusterBanks, and Zenspin, will have great potential in this market. Recent results have given us very good reasons to believe that growth possibilities are promising, which has proved to be confirmed with our other brands where we’ve developed an effective marketing strategy across our channels.”
Spiffbet, the online casino operator listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, is already established on the Swedish market via its brands Metal Casino, Scandibet, TurboVegas, and LiveLounge.
The group says that the jurisdiction has proved to be profitable “despite its national gambling regulations,” and lauds “valuable experience and expertise” in preparing the group for further expansion.
Boelius continued: “We are already accustomed to the Swedish market, and we are knowledgeable about the gaming regulations here. With a lot happening in the European gaming market right now, it feels like a safe yet profitable step to expand in Sweden.”
Adding: “Spiffbet’s ambition is to offer a wide range of games to an equivalent range of customers. While doing so, we’re also looking to create synergies between our various markets and brands.
