AI-powered eKYC and AML solutions provider Jumio is set to acquire its current strategic partner 4Stop, financial terms were not disclosed.

SoftSwiss has agreed to a content deal with gaming studio Slotmill, which will see the supplier’s games become available to the aggregator’s clients ‘very soon’.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Slotmill brand will complement the SoftSwiss line-up of more than 150 game providers, with its content being made available to all white label and game aggregator clients operating under Curacao and Maltese licences.

The deal will see the game studio’s portfolio be included in the SoftSwiss games offering which currently sits at over 11,000 games – over 3,000 of which are optimised for cryptocurrency.

Commenting on the development, Johan Ohman, founder of Slotmill, said: “Having the Slotmill portfolio live at SoftSwiss is a fantastic opportunity. Through their clients, SoftSwiss will allow us to expand our reach significantly, allowing us to offer our premium games to a wider audience.”

By integrating with the games studio, SoftSwiss will be able to provide access to “premium” casino games, offering both five-reel slots and Slotmill ‘Classics’ – a series of traditional three-reel slots.

Also available to the aggregator’s clients will be Slotmill titles such as Outlaws, Lucky Lucifer, Wildfire, Three Samurai and Vikings Creed.

“It’s incredibly exciting to partner with such a significant player in the online gaming market as Slotmill,” added Nikita Keino, partner manager’s team lead at SoftSwiss. “Their games are known for their stunning graphics and user-friendliness.

“Slotmill’s passion for creating innovative slot games directly resonates with SoftSwiss’ goal to offer only the best to all online gaming enthusiasts. Therefore, I am confident that our partnership will be extremely successful.”
