Golden Entertainment has expanded the accessibility of its True Rewards loyalty program, with patrons now able to utilise the offering on mobile devices after the group unveiled its mobile app.
True Rewards features the five tiers of true, loyal, solid, legit and epic with points earned through playing slots and video reels, video poker and video keno, table games, bingo, live keno and live poker, as well as retail activity at each of the group’s participating bars and restaurants.
The loyalty program, which aims to bridge the gap between casinos and convenience-based locations such as taverns and supermarkets, enables points to be earned and redeemed at more than 140 locations throughout Nevada and Maryland.
The app offers cardless connection at participating in-casino machines plus, it will allow instantaneous access for players to earn and redeem points for both gaming and retail purchases.
This expansion will enable customers to experience cardless connection to gaming machines at select casino destinations, as well as check tier status, book rooms, make restaurant reservations, and more.

All of Golden Entertainment’s nine casinos participate in True Rewards, including The Strat Hotel, Casino & SkyPod; Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and Arizona Charlie’s Boulder in Las Vegas; Aquarius Casino Resort and Edgewater Casino Resort in Laughlin, Nevada; Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Flintstone, Maryland; Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino, Gold Town Casino and Lakeside Casino & RV Park in Pahrump, Nevada.
True Rewards is also available at all of Golden Entertainment more than 66 PT’s Taverns, including PT’s Pub, PT’s Gold, PT’s Ranch, Sean Patrick’s, Sierra Gold and SG Bar, as well as at participating Smith’s and Albertsons stores throughout Southern Nevada.
