iSoftBet has strengthened its foothold across Latin America after the online supplier partnered with Argentine operator Upline and its online brand Jugadon

As part of the collaboration, customers of Judagon will be able to experience iSoftBet’s catalogue of titles, such as Gold Digger and Hot Spin, as well as Megaways titles including Majestic Megaways and Western Gold Megaways.

“With Jugadon, we’ve found a partner that not only aligns with our values, but has also been extremely supportive in mapping out our Argentinian debut,” explained Lars Kollind, Head of Business Development at iSoftBet.

“We are excited to provide the operator’s local player base with our top-performing products that engage all types of players, as we continue on our mission to provide incredible gaming products and experiences.”

Having been accredited with its LOTBA certification in November 2021, iSoftBet has since been able to enter its next phase of planned growth across LatAm, securing further business in the region in recent months.

Jugadon becomes the latest brand to join the supplier’s operator network, with iSoftBet signing recent commercial deals with the likes of PokerStars, Kaizen Gaming, and Casino Interlaken.

The expansion into the LatAm market follows on from IGT entering into a definitive agreement to acquire iSoftBet last month.

Reported to be approximately €160m in cash, the acquisition is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2022, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Alongside the acquisition of IGT’s PlayDigital games catalogue, the process will see the company gain iSoftBet’s proprietary game aggregation platform to distribute third-party games, as well as data-driven promotional and user-engagement tools.
