Holland Casino

Holland Casino has ramped up its igaming offering after striking an alliance with Evolution to take the slots portfolios of its NetEnt and Red Tiger studios.

The agreement will see the former, which also operates 14 land-based gaming establishments across the Netherlands, gain the supply of the entire roster of titles from the aforementioned online casino games developers.

James Jones, Head of Business Development at Evolution, stated: “We are very happy to have partnered with Holland Casino Online. We know their players will love having the chance to play so many great NetEnt slots titles.

“It marks another step in our journey in the Dutch market, and we look forward to continuing to expand our presence there and working with fantastic operators such as Holland Casino Online. We look forward to what we hope will be a long and fruitful relationship on both sides.”

The agreement means that Holland Casino’s online players will soon be able to access an array of slot games from NetEnt, such as Starburst, Starburst XXXtreme, Gonzo’s Gold and Divine Fortune Megaways.

Furthermore, the online gaming entity will also integrate the full portfolio of online slots, as well as jackpots and other player engagement tools, from Red Tiger, a sister brand of NetEnt within the Evolution Group.

This will feature a content portfolio that includes games such as Dynamite Riches Megaways, Gonzo’s Quest Megaways and Primate King.

Jeroen Verkroost, Director of Digital Transformation of Holland Casino Online, commented: “Holland Casino Online is always looking for ways to extend and enhance our players’ online gaming experience.

“We are thrilled to announce that we have partnered with Evolution to offer their innovative games to our audience in the Netherlands.”

Last week, the members of the trade unions FNV and De Unie approved a new collective labour agreement by a large majority, which will run from June 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023.

This follows an agreement made earlier this year that saw Holland Casino and the unions reach a negotiation agreement.

As a result, wages will be structurally increased by 2.5 percent. There is also a structural addition of 60 euros per month in nominal terms. On January 1, 2023, wages will increase by another 0.75 percent.

It has also been agreed that the hourly wage for employees is at least 14 euros. In addition, all employees who are employed by Holland Casino in July this year will receive a one-off gross amount of 350 euros based on full-time employment in that month.
