Play North is looking to heighten its communication across an array of core jurisdictions after disclosing a partnership with CRM and AI solutions provider Symplify.
This will see the latter equip the group, whose brands includes Dutch online casino site Kansino, with the ability to optimise its communication strategy across its diverse user base via email, SMS and push packages.

Furthermore, Symplify’s proprietary campaign and customer journey builder modules will offer Play North the resources to improve its user engagement processes.
The solution will permit the group to design hyper personalised customer lifecycle journeys in real time from customer events and campaigns.
