Neccton has added yet more depth to its burgeoning roster after Pragmatic Solutions strengthened its responsible gambling capabilities by teaming-up with the group.

This will see the solutions provider add a suite of responsible gambling player protection tools, in addition to anti-money laundering and fraud detection, through the mentor solution.

“We started our research in gambling 15 years ago and have published multiple academic studies in the area of player tracking and responsible gaming,” said Dr Michael Auer, Neccton director and head of development.

“We have shown that players who gamble responsibly are more loyal, and their customer lifetime is significantly longer. We are proud to assist millions of players across dozens of brands around the world and to bring Pragmatic Solutions and their many customers into the fold.”

Under the terms of the agreement, Pragmatic Solutions’ clients will become guarded by an AI-based solution that analyses player behaviour in real-time in a bid to prevent problem gambling habits evolving. The software recognises possible problematic behaviour and works to help both player and operator to identify and address the issue.

For example, players are informed when their deposit frequency is increasing significantly, which aims to help customers make better-informed decisions about their play with individualised feedback. mentor also includes modules for fraud, AML and aCRM.

“Neccton’s leading solution for AML, aCRM, fraud, and responsible gaming is a great asset in operators’ daily business and a key ingredient for many regulatory environments,” added Ashley Lang, CEO of Pragmatic Solutions.

“We are happy to offer operators access to this top-notch solution, making this integration an important step in our mission to deliver a modern, open, and scalable platform capable of meeting all the needs of igaming operators.”
