Pragmatic notes Smashup deal ‘shines a light’ on product diversity

Pragmatic Play has continued to grow its presence around the globe after the igaming provider agreed a multi-vertical partnership with Brazilian operator Smashup

The link-up will see Pragmatic’s full portfolio of slots, live casino and virtual sports content made available to Smashup players.

“Another multi-product agreement shines a light on the importance of having a quality, diverse selection of products,” commented Victor Arias, Vice President of Latin American Operations at Pragmatic Play.

“We’re fortunate to have such a talented team that gives us the tools to continue our expansion across Latin America and are thoroughly looking forward to delivering our strong package to Smashup.”

As part of the collaboration, games such as Gate of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza Candyland and Boom City will be integrated in the deal, as well as Pragmatic’s complete virtual sports solution package to provide cross-selling sports betting opportunities.

Justin Wong, COO of Smashup, added: “We’re delighted to have such a rich collection of new content to wow our players with. Pragmatic Play’s titles are well-loved across Brazil and having them in our lobby will only strengthen the quality we have to offer.

“We’re excited to be working with them and we can’t wait to get the games live.”

The link-up with the Brazilian operator follows on from Pragmatic’s partnership with US-based sports betting and gaming provider Sirplay earlier this year.

The agreement witnessed Sirplay integrate its sports betting platform with all of Pragmatic’s features. Following the launch of the supplier’s games onto the former’s platform, the US-based company stated that the partnership has “met its expectations”.
