Peter & Sons is eyeing an accelerated growth trajectory and an additional slew of commercial tie-ups to widen the reach of its content suite after SkillOnNet confirmed a strategic investment into the games studio.

As a result of the online casino operator and platform’s support, Peter & Sons will look to “significantly” grow its team and push ahead with overarching global ambitions.

Furthermore, P&S has also stressed that it is aiming to notably edge forward with a “journey towards becoming a fully independent studio” and creating “unique tools” for operators to better deploy and control both promotions and gamification.

Mitri Wiberg, Co-Founder of Peter & Sons, said: “This joint venture will allow us to speed-up our growth and extend our fantastic and innovative games to industry-leading operators and their players.

“We are delighted to be working with SkillOnNet, whose status as a major global operator will help us to enhance the reach of our quality games to an even wider audience.”

P&S, which has offices in Barcelona and the Armenian capital city of Yerevan, boasts a suite of 20 igaming titles, and is part of the Relax Gaming Silver Bullet program as well as Yggdrasil’s Masters offering.

SkillOnNet is the home to brands such as PlayOJO, DrückGlück and Genting Casino, and supplies software and turnkey products to online casino brands such as Slotstars, Mega Casino, Spin Genie and Metal Casino among others.

“Our new partnership will allow P&S to extend its reach and allow tier one operators to enjoy the studio’s best-performing games, such as Johnan Legendarian, MonsterBlox  and The Legend of Musashi,” stated Maor Nutkevitch, Senior VP Corporate Development at SkillOnNet.

“We’re delighted to be working with such a rising star within the game studio community.”
