3 Oaks Gaming, Air Dice and Future Anthem: on the move

With comings and goings commonplace across the industry, Playtech, Everi and 3 Oaks Gaming have moved to bolster their teams with key hires.

Future Anthem

Jessica Wu has been named as Head of Marketing at Future Anthem as the company aims to build on “record growth” and deliver “ambitious expansion plans”.

She joins AI and game data science group after spending two years heading up Betway’s efforts in Canada, where she was responsible for leading all marketing strategy in the region after the sportsbook and casino brand made its debut in the newly regulated Ontario market.

Everi

Everi has expanded its board of directors via the appointment of Debra Nutton, who will officially join on April 1, 2023.

The gaming noted that Nutton will serve as a member of the Board’s Audit Committee, Nominating and Governance Committee, and Compensation Committee.

After satisfying the criteria as an independent director for the purposes of New York Stock Exchange rules, Nutton is set to fulfil the vacant ninth spot on the Everi board.

3 Oaks Gaming

Online casino content developer 3 Oaks Gaming has named Victoria Vashukevich as Head of Account Management as the company’s swells the team based at its Isle of Man headquarters. 

In the position, she will oversee the distributor’s client base that 3 Oaks is looking to continue “to grow exponentially” during the coming weeks and months

Air Dice

A strengthened senior management team has been gained by igaming developer Air Dice after Rocio Moitiño became a Sales Director for the Latin American markets.

It is hoped that Rocio, who is hailed as boasting “extensive” commercial, sales, customer management, and marketing expertise, will help the group achieve its goal in the region through the current year and beyond.

Erkki Nikunen, Partner and CBDO of Air Dice said: “This is a very exciting time for Air Dice, as we are aiming for very large growth figures throughout this year and the upcoming years, and this will allow our brand to enter several new markets in the LatAm region.”

Playtech

Playtech has confirmed the appointment of Chris McGinnis, group Chief Financial Officer, to the NorthStar Gaming board of directors, as of March 3, 2023.

This follows a pair of recent transactions, the first of which saw the gambling tech firm make a strategic investment into NorthStar Gaming during last month. Following this, the latter’s proposed reversed takeover of Baden Resources was finalised, with the enlarged and, as of March 8, 2023, Canadian TSX Venture Exchange listed firm subsequently renamed NorthStar Gaming Holdings.
