NuxGame has expanded the retention services it offers to operators with the launch of a Loyalty Tier Programme that rewards players for operator platform engagement.
The Loyalty Tier Programme allows users to accumulate points and unlock additional tiers to upgrade their level by placing bets on the operator’s sportsbook or online casino platform.
Each level earned by the user allows for increasing rewards to be accumulated, offering “higher cashback percentages”, alongside “better goods and bonuses that can be purchased, with points gained acting as a pseudo currency for these services”.
NuxGame has stated that its Loyalty Tier Programme prioritises “ease of use as a focal point” with a UI that helps users easily track their points, redeem rewards and view their point-collection history.
Admins also have a UI to manage the programme with tier tools to add, delete or modify tiers, as well as create shop items and track player purchases.
