Jogo Global is utilising the significant online gaming experience of Simon Collins and Patrick Southon, appointing them to the roles of Executive Chair and as Non-Executive Director, respectively.

Collins’ and Southon’s history in the gaming industry runs deep, as together they founded online bingo company Cashcade and mobile gaming developer Gaming Realms.

David Marcus, CEO of Jogo Global, commented: “We’ve experienced exponential growth over the past 12 months. To have the support and insight of such legendary industry figures as Simon and Patrick represents an outstanding opportunity for Jogo to build on this success and look to a yet brighter future.”

Cashcade was the online bingo business behind the UK brand Foxy Bingo, and was eventually sold in 2009 for £96m.

Meanwhile, Gaming Realms’ mobile-focused content includes the well-known Slingo offering, which combines slots and bingo into one game.

“Jogo Global is developing a track record for the highly effective development and delivery of niche gaming products,” noted Collins.

“My time as Non-Executive Chairman has been very fruitful, and I’m thrilled to now become Executive Chairman at the beginning of this promising new chapter.”

Both Collins and Southon will help Jogo Global continue to produce top-performing bespoke fast games, from crash content to mines, as the company continues to provide technology and services solutions to the gaming industry, including in the US land-based sector.

Southon added: “I’m very excited to be working with David, Tiago, Simon and the team at this key moment in the company’s development. Operators worldwide are seeing the benefits of the Jogo Global offering and it’s a great time to join this talented and fast-growing team.”
