Hannover 96

StarGames, the Germany facing online casino portal that falls under the Greentube umbrella, has aligned with Hannover 96 as a sponsor for the upcoming season.

The partnership is praised as representing “one of the most significant milestones” in the brand’s history, with support to be undertaken for the duration of the 2023/24 campaign.

“It is a great honour to collaborate with a football club of such standing and with such established tradition,” commented László Pados, StarGames Brand Manager.

“Commitment, passion and fair play are values that are important not only to Hannover 96, but also to us as fundamental cornerstones for our company and brand.

“Most of all, we are looking forward to supporting this team and its fans and helping them achieve success in what is a very competitive league.”

As sponsor and ‘team presenter’, StarGames’ logo will feature on the club’s on the training and warm-up kits, in addition to being displayed on an array of advertising assets throughout Hannover 96’s Heinz von Heiden Arena home. The brand will also take part in promotional activities such as ticket prize draws.

Andreas Jansch, StarGames Marketing Manager, said: “This partnership provides us with an exciting opportunity to reach the many 96 fans and demonstrate our enthusiasm for outstanding achievement, both on and off the pitch. We cannot wait to really get going!”

During the previous term, the Lower Saxony-based outfit, which registered the third highest average attendance in Bundesliga 2 with over 30,900 fans, closed out the season in tenth place.

Christian Woike, Director of sports marketing agency Sportfive, added: “We are delighted to have gained a partner that has recently enjoyed success in strengthening its activities in the German market.

“As part of this partnership, we are assigning the status ‘team presenter’ for the very first time. This is a newly designed rights package that guarantees the partner high visibility in connection with the 96 first team.”
