LuckyStreak has strengthened its commercial department with the hire of Rory Kimber as the group’s first Commercial Director in a move praised “a great opportunity” alongside “a business with such potential”.

In the position, he will take charge of LuckyStreak’s growth ambitions through new business development, as well as deepening commercial relationships with its network of content aggregators, igaming platforms, white label providers and gambling operators.

“Rory brings solid igaming experience, having worked in senior commercial roles for multiple leading businesses in the industry,” stated Ady Totah, LuckyStreak CEO and Co-founder.

“As we continue to invest in our growth strategy, he’ll play a lead role in boosting our sales story, bringing onboard new customers and building our LuckyConnect content aggregation proposition to be among the best in the market.

“I’m excited about the next phase in LuckyStreak’s growth and I’m delighted that Rory is on the team.”

After joining the group, Kimber voiced enthusiasm at making further inroads across the live casino segment, in addition to hailing the growth potential of an aggregation network that “has so much capacity whilst being relatively under the radar”.

The LuckyStreak gaming suite spans content such as live dealer blackjack, roulette and baccarat offerings that are streamed from a purpose-built studio that is located in Riga, Latvia.

Furthermore, the company’s LuckyConnect aggregation platform provides access to more than 2,500 slots, including the likes of Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil, Playson and Red Rake Gaming among its provider partners.

Kimber joined the industry in 2015 at Paddy Power Betfair, before making his way to Red Tiger following a stint at Sky Betting and Gaming.

Following spells as Account Manager and Commercial Manager, Kimber became a Senior Account Manager at fellow slots developer NetEnt.

He joins LuckyStreak after a stay of a little of three years at 1X2 Network, where Kimber occupied the roles of Head of Account Management and more recently Account Management and Marketing Director.

“Live casino is an area with far less saturation than slots and the quality of the LuckyStreak product was one of the things that drew me to the role,” Kimber commented.

“Having met other senior staff, I can see a clear vision and strategy for what we want to achieve and how we plan to get there and I hope to play a big role in that by bringing new operators on board.

“Lucky Connect also played a big role in my decision to join – having tier one partners such as Yggdrasil and Pragmatic on board is a huge plus point for an aggregation network and the fact that it has so much capacity whilst being relatively under the radar is great news as a sales person”.
