Parimatch has renewed its partnership with Leicester City Football Club as the online casino and sports betting brand maintains its long affinity with English football.

Under the terms of this latest partnership, the entity, managed by Gibraltar-based online gambling operator BVGroup, will continue as an official betting partner of the Championship outfit.

The sponsorship agreement comprises branding on pitch-side LED advertising boards, hospitality sponsorship and interview backdrops at the King Power Stadium, as well as website banners and on and offline advertising rights.

“We’ve enjoyed a successful relationship with Parimatch since they first joined the club at the start of the 2020/21 season, and we’re delighted to extend our partnership with them,” stated Harj Hir, Head of Partnerships at Leicester City.

“We’ve helped to grow each other’s international profile over the past few years, and we now look forward to building on that success.”

Parimatch first linked-up with Leicester ahead of the aforementioned season, when the brand was named official first team training wear and betting partner.

Furthermore, the group is also an official betting partner of Chelsea FC for the current season, with past associations having been undertaken alongside the likes of Newcastle United,  Aston Villa, Brighton & Hove Albion, and Southampton.

Filip Pirozenok, Head of Parimatch UK, said: “We are delighted to continue working with Leicester City Football Club and to be their official betting partner for another season.

“Partnering with Leicester City ensures that Parimatch can tap into Championship advertising, while allowing us to offer exclusive promotions, competitions, and giveaways to our customers”.

Leicester are hoping for a swift return to top flight football having been relegated from the Premier League during the 2022/23 campaign.

The club are currently level on points with Ipswich Town at the top of the table with three wins from as many games. These have come at home to Coventry and Cardiff, in addition to recording a 1-0 away victory over Huddersfield Town.
