Stakelogic appoints Dejan Loncar to lead live casino division

Dejan Loncar has moved into the role of Head of Live Casino at Stakelogic after Richard Walker, who joined the company in March 2022, signalled an intention to leave the position to pursue fresh challenges.

As a result of the move, the former Head of Live Operations will be charged with elevating the Stakelogic Live experience “to unprecedented heights” to build on momentum built-up over previous weeks and months.

The division, established in June 2021 in what was detailed as a “logical step forward,” has secured a number of recent points of expansion courtesy of partnership with the likes of the Netherlands’ 777.nl and Bingoal, as well as Belgian operator Golden Palace.

“Dejan’s promotion to Head of Live Casino is a natural progression,” Stephan van den Oetelaar, CEO at Stakelogic Live, said.

“His outstanding leadership and innovative mindset have greatly impacted our live operations. We have full confidence that Dejan will continue to lead our live casino offerings to new heights, delivering unparalleled experiences to players and partners alike.”

Loncar entered the industry in January 2017 as a Game Presenter at Evolution, before progressing through the roles of Floor Operations Supervisor and Team Manager.

From here he transitioned to NetEnt ahead of its purchase by the aforementioned group in 2020’s final quarter, where he occupied the positions of Senior Team Manager and Technical Partner.

Prior to aligning with Stakelogic Live, he was plying his trade at Hacksaw Gaming as an Account Manager, before becoming Commercial Partner and Business Development Manager at OnAir Entertainment

“I am honoured by this opportunity and excited to further contribute to Stakelogic Live’s growth,” Loncar noted.

“I believe in pushing boundaries and creating experiences that stand out. As Head of Live Casino, I am committed to delivering top-notch live gaming experiences that capture the essence of excitement and innovation.”
